This project marks a significant step towards providing efficient and sustainable energy solutions for the textile industry, particularly in the production of denim jeans.
Technical Features:
+ The collaboration between DIVI Group and Saigon 3 Jean Co., Ltd. has brought about a high-performance and energy-efficient steam boiler system. This system consists of two boilers, each with a capacity of 8 tons, using Biomass and Indo coal as energy sources, two sustainable and growing energy sources.
+ The boilers are manufactured according to high-quality standards such as TCVN 7704-2007 and TCVN 12728-2019, ensuring stable and safe operation. The steam output reaches up to 24,000 tons/year, with a design pressure of 12 bar. Energy consumption is optimized at only 4 kW per ton of steam.
The Denim Jeans and Textile Industry:
+ The denim jeans and textile industry is one of the largest and most developed industries worldwide. Denim jeans have become an indispensable item in everyone's wardrobe, from children to adults, from men to women. Denim jeans are not just a fashion item but also a symbol of style and individuality.
+ The manufacturing process of denim jeans and textiles involves multiple stages from raw material preparation, cutting, sewing, buttoning, drying, and finishing the product. In this production process, the use of steam is essential to facilitate processing and finalize the product.
Stages Requiring Steam in Denim Jeans Production and Textiles:
1. Drying and Ironing: Steam is used in the drying and ironing process to remove moisture and smooth the fabric, ensuring the product has the best durability and shape.
2. Buttoning and Side Seaming: Before buttoning and side seaming, the fabric needs to be softened and smoothed using steam, making it easier to handle and process.
3. Product Finishing: Finally, steam is also used to smooth and finish the product, creating final details and making the product perfect.
