DIVICO will invest in a boiler system or biomass-fired thermal oil heater at the customer's plant or adjacent to the customer's plant to produce steam – heat and supply steam and heat for the customer's production.

Customers will pay for the steam usage cost and the heat usage cost according to a meter, similar to buying water from the state or electricity from EVN. The cost of steam usage will be paid monthly based on the agreed steam and heat sale price between the two parties.

DIVICO will take full responsibility for all matters related to the boiler area on behalf of the customer as follows:

      + Purchasing fuel for the boiler;

      + Operating, maintaining, and repairing the boiler;

      + Taking responsibility for other related issues: environmental treatment, water supply...

      + Handling legal matters with government agencies on behalf of the customer;

      + Insuring the boiler area;

      + And other boiler-related tasks.

The steam sale contract will be continuous for a minimum period of 05 years.
