DIVI Group offers a unique business solution through its steam-heat service, meeting the diverse needs of businesses. We commit to investing in a fluidized bed boiler system or a fluidized bed thermal oil heater system using high-quality biomass fuel that operates stably to meet the production needs of all customers. This system can be installed directly at the customer's plant or nearby to operate and provide steam and thermal energy for the customer's production process.

Customers will pay for the steam-heat based on actual consumption, measured by a calibrated flow meter similar to the way clean water is purchased from a clean water supplier or electricity from EVN. Payments will be made monthly based on the price agreed upon between the two parties.

DIVI GROUP'S RESPONSIBILITIES:

      + Investing capital in a complete boiler system for the customer

      + Purchasing fuel for the boiler.

      + Operating, maintaining, and repairing the boiler.

      + Taking responsibility for legal issues related to the boiler such as environmental inspection, ash disposal....

      + Insuring the boiler area.

      + All other tasks related to the boiler area.

The steam/heat sales contract will be maintained continuously with a minimum term of 05 years, ensuring stability and reliability for both parties.

Especially, using steam from biomass-fired boilers will give customers an additional advantage to be able to export products abroad. This is very suitable for the FTAs that Vietnam has signed with countries and regions around the world.
