DETAILS DESCRIPTION

The DIVI Group, a leading entity in the energy solutions sector, is honored to have been selected as a strategic partner in the investment and leasing contract for two oil-fired steam boiler systems for Camso Vietnam Co., Ltd. This project not only showcases the reputation and quality of the DIVI Group but also marks a significant step in supporting Camso Vietnam in its high-quality forklift tire manufacturing endeavors.

Technical Features:

+ The steam boiler systems are designed with a capacity of 3 tons each and utilize diesel oil (DO) as fuel, a common and efficient energy source in many industrial applications. Liquid fuel-fired boiler technology has been applied to ensure high operational efficiency and safety.

+ High-quality standards such as TCVN 7704-2007 and TCVN 12728-2019 have been implemented in the manufacturing process to ensure stable and reliable boiler system operation. The steam production capacity reaches up to 15,000 tons per year, with a design pressure of up to 12 bar. Power consumption has been optimized to just 1.5 kW per ton of steam, minimizing operational costs.

Forklift Tire Production Line and Steam Usage:

+ Camso Vietnam Co., Ltd. has invested in an advanced forklift tire production line, integrating multiple quality stages to produce high-quality products.

Steam Usage in Forklift Tire Production:

1. Rubber Processing: Steam is used in the processing and machining of rubber to create essential components for forklift tires such as casings and treads.

2. Rubber Vulcanization: Before machining, rubber needs to be vulcanized at high temperatures. Steam is used to maintain stable temperatures during this process.

3. Tire Molding: Steam is used in the tire molding process to press and bond the rubber layers of the forklift tire together.

4. Curing: Finally, steam is used to cure and dry the forklift tires after assembly and completion.
