ABOUT DIVI GROUP

DIVI Group originated from DIVI Energy Co., Ltd., branded as DIVICO.

DIVICO started with 3 founding shareholders. Today, DIVI Group has welcomed more shareholders after the birth of new members in the DIVI Group ecosystem as follows:

      + DIVI Boiler - Boiler manufacturing

      + DIVI Power - Clean electricity production from biomass fuel

      + DIVI Biomass - Biomass fuel supply

      + DIVI Forest - Forest cultivation and exploitation

      + DIVI Export - Export of sawn wood, carton boxes, and agricultural products

Now, after more than 10 years of building and development, DIVI Group's staff has grown to over 200 employees and has carried out more than 500 large and small projects while manufacturing nearly 1,000 boilers of various kinds.

HISTORY OF ESTABLISHMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

Initially, DIVICO primarily focused on boiler manufacturing and technology transfer to customers. After some time building the brand and gradually accumulating, DIVICO focused on the service segment of steam sales and boiler leasing. The boiler manufacturing and technology transfer segment was separately shifted to the independent member DIVI Boiler.

DIVI Biomass was subsequently established to provide stability for DIVICO's investment projects and to create a closed ecosystem for DIVI Group, supporting each other in long-term investment strategies and forming a solid tri-pod foundation for DIVI Group without dependence on external factors.

DIVI Power was established with the investment project of a 10 MW biomass power plant in Binh Phuoc. This project promises to elevate DIVI Group to a new level in the national energy market and marks a modest contribution of DIVI Group to the clean electricity market, helping to improve a greener and cleaner environment in Vietnam.

DIVI Forest is in DIVI Group's deployment plan to support other members in the ecosystem, aiming to complete the closed ecosystem of DIVI Group. We hope this will also be a small contribution to our society by afforesting bare hills and lands.

In 2023, DIVI Group set a goal to expand its business activities by entering the export field, focusing on products such as sawn wood, carton boxes, and agricultural products, etc. Target markets include Europe, America, Japan, Korea, China, India, and West Asia. This move aims to bring Vietnamese products closer to international consumers, thereby enhancing the position and brand recognition of Vietnamese products on the world map.

The trust and reputation of DIVI Group are built on product quality, continuous innovation, and the 80/20 rule in consolidating product quality. This has helped us maintain the trust and support from customers, with 90% of revenue coming from referrals by old customers who have used our products. 

ABOUT PRODUCTS – TECHNOLOGY

Initially, pioneering were the fixed grate wood-fired boilers with a special design to improve combustion efficiency, reduce fuel consumption, eliminate CO gas in exhaust, and have low investment costs to help customers save initial investment costs but still achieve high economic efficiency.

Next is the fluidized bed boiler technology for burning various agricultural and forestry waste with low cost such as rice husk, sawdust, wood chips, crushed wood, cashew shell... With selective design and the superiority of some boiler types produced by Germany, USA, India, China, DIVI Group has introduced increasingly optimized designs compared to the actual conditions of biomass fuel in Vietnam. To date, our fluidized bed boiler technology has achieved the highest combustion efficiency in the market and absolute environmental compliance for customers with a more reasonable cost compared to other technologies. The fluidized bed boiler technology of DIVI Group currently achieves an efficiency of up to 89% when using various types of biomass fuel.

The fluidized bed combustion technology designed by DIVI Group, besides being applied to boilers, this technology has also been successfully applied by DIVI Group to thermal oil heaters to effectively replace old technologies like chain grate combustion technology, static grate combustion... The thermal oil heater fluidized bed technology of DIVI Group is proud to be the first unit in Vietnam to effectively use various types of biomass fuel with system efficiency up to 85% with very high stability and meeting the strict requirements of thermal stability for customers.

With a knowledge base and deep expertise in the thermal industry of the professional technical consulting team of DIVI Group, our team of technical consultants has extensive experience in designing, constructing, and transferring technology for domestic and industrial waste incineration systems aimed at waste treatment while focusing on self-generation or selling electricity to the national grid. Currently, our team of technical consultants has achieved numerous successes with waste treatment plants ranging from 50 tons/day to 300 tons/day and generating up to 6 MW for the grid.

Besides boiler and thermal oil heater technology, DIVI Group delves into researching systems and equipment using steam to serve various manufacturing sectors such as fish meal drying systems, white sand drying systems, feather drying systems, and distillation systems for bottom-of-the-barrel oil products (diesel, naphtha, ron...).
