Shoe Sole Production Process:

The shoe sole production process is complex, requiring precision and high technical expertise. Here is a summary of the main stages in this process and the stage where steam is needed:

1. Raw Material Preparation: First, rubber materials or other suitable materials are prepared for sole pressing.

2. Material Processing: The materials are processed and prepared for the sole pressing process.

3. Sole Pressing: In this process, the materials are placed in a mold and subjected to high pressure and temperature to create the shoe sole. Steam is used to provide the necessary heat during this process, aiding in vulcanization and creating a sturdy and durable sole.

4. Cleaning and Finishing: After sole pressing, cleaning and finishing steps are carried out to remove impurities and make the final product shiny and appealing.

The boiler system provided by DIVI Group for Thai Binh Investment Corporation is a comprehensive and efficient solution for their manufacturing process. With a capacity of 15 tons and using biomass such as wood chips and cashew husks as fuel, this system is designed to meet the large-scale production needs of the company.
