$100,000 prize from USAID

DIVI Group is proud to have been honored as one of the top three innovative enterprises selected to participate in Round 3 of the Innovation Challenge Fund (ICF). This marks a significant milestone in the Group's journey to promote advanced, innovative solutions aimed at addressing energy and environmental challenges.

This significant event was announced during the launch ceremony of the 2023 Energy Efficiency Award (EEA), organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) on the morning of May 31. Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngoc, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade, emphasized that through the Vietnam Urban Energy Security project in Ho Chi Minh City, USAID supported the organization of this award to honor and promote the contributions of individuals, organizations, and the business community in implementing energy-saving solutions and applying clean energy.

The 2023 EEA Award aims not only to honor these significant contributions but also to encourage the sharing of information and experiences about implementing efficient energy use solutions, contributing to the successful implementation of the national program on energy efficiency and conservation.

At the ceremony, Ms. Aler Grubbs, Director of USAID Vietnam, officially announced that DIVI Group and two other units were outstandingly selected in Round 3 of the Innovation Challenge Fund (ICF), marking recognition for the Group's relentless efforts in seeking and testing innovative solutions to address current environmental and energy issues.

DIVI Group hopes that through this event and support from ICF, the Group will continue to develop and implement highly innovative pilot projects, contributing to the sustainable development goals and reducing greenhouse gas emissions in Ho Chi Minh City in particular and Vietnam in general.
