Implementation

* At its own expense, DIVICO will invest a system of biomass-fired or coal-fired fluidized bed boiler or fluidized bed thermal oil boiler subject to the customer's request at or close to the customer's factory to produce steam-heat and supply steam and heat for the customer's production.

* The customer will pay the cost of using steam, heat according to his meter readings, just like the fact that the customer is purchasing clean water from the state or buying electricity from EVN. The cost of using steam - heat will be paid once a month based on the unit price agreed by both parties.

* DIVICO will take all the responsibilities related to the boiler system on behalf of its customer as follows:

1. + Self-purchase  fuel for boiler
2. + Self-operate, maintain and repair  boilers.
3. + Be responsible for other related issues: environment, water treatment...
4. + Be liable to state agencies for legal issues on behalf of customers.
5. + Provide insurance for the boiler system

* Contract for sale of steam will take place continuously for a minimum period of 5 years.

* Ensure compliance with environmental standards according to the Paris Agreement regarding climate change and satisfy the requirements of bilateral and multilateral agreements that Vietnam has entered such as EVFTA, RCEP, CPTPP... This will allow customers to enjoy critical benefits from exporting their products to the markets involved in such agreement.
