Fluidized bed boiler are capable of burning a variety of different biomass fuels such as chopped firewood, cashew shell residues, pellets, rice husks, etc. Nowadays, the demand for fluidized bed boilers is increasing, which results in rising demand of biomass fuel.

Each region has its own specific type of biomass fuel, depending on its local agro-forestry industry. In order to meet the demand for biomass fuel, we provide 2 types of biomass fuel, which are chopped firewood and cashew shell residues.

These are two types of renewable fuels with low carbon content for limiting environmental pollution, but still ensuring good heat supply, cheap price, and abundant supply, so they are prioritized by businesses.

• Chopped firewood: also known as cut firewood or wood chip…which is the product obtained from processing of wood, wood products or direct wood used as fuel for boilers, drying kilns, fluidized bed boilers... Chopped firewood is used as fuel for boilers and kilns due to its calorific value of about 3,000 Kcal/kg and its lower cost than that of other raw materials such as coal, DO oil...

• Cashew shell residues are the one obtained after pressing cashew nut to get their oil. The residues are used as a low-cost boiler fuel with high heat. Cashew shell residues are  combustible material, easily mixed with wood chips and some other burning materials to accelerate the heat of the boiler. Therefore, cashew shell residues are often used as replacement for some types of fuel such as coal, firewood, rice husk ...
