BOILER RENTAL SERVICE

Implementation:

* At its own expense, DIVICO will invest in all equipment of boiler or thermal oil boiler that use clean fuel at customers'  request to operate steam-heat production and provide steam and heat for their business.

* DIVICO will perform the following tasks:

+ Self-operate, maintain and repair boilers.

+ Take responsibility for related issues: environment, water treatment...

+ Liable to state agencies for any legal issues on behalf of its customers.

+ Buy insurance for the boiler area.

Benefits for customers:

* Investment cost savings

* Very stable and professional supply of steam and heat

* No concern about legal issues.

Responsibilities of customers:

* Providing fuel for burning.

* Supplying power and water source for boiler operation. Paying for boiler rental + service use
