Operational Mechanism

1. Initial Stages

Fuel is transported from the warehouse to the furnace where a sophisticated air feed system ensures even distribution over the grate for optimal combustion.

2. Combustion and Steam Generation

In the furnace, fuel combustion occurs under controlled conditions, generating hot smoke that passes through a steam generator tube, contributing to approximately 60% of the steam generation through radiant heat exchange. The system incorporates an ash recycling process to ensure complete combustion and reduce waste.

3. Enhanced Combustion and Efficiency

A secondary level of ventilation introduces additional oxygen, optimizing combustion and minimizing CO emissions. The hot smoke then moves to the boiler body, where it heats water in tubes, creating steam through convection heat exchange and achieving around 40% of steam generation.

Heat Optimization and Exhaust Management

To maximize efficiency, the boiler employs a water economizer and an air preheater, which preheat water and air respectively, enhancing the overall system efficiency to an impressive 89%. The process includes advanced ash removal mechanisms and a comprehensive exhaust management system to ensure environmental compliance and operational cleanliness.

Additional Features for Operational Excellence

  • De-aerator Tank: Reduces oxidation by removing oxygen from feed water, protecting the boiler's metal components.
  • Water Management: A high-pressure pump system ensures continuous water supply, supported by a water treatment system to meet quality standards. In scenarios requiring additional heating, a secondary water economizer is employed.
  • Steam Distribution: A steam header collects and distributes steam, featuring a drying function for enhanced production process efficiency.
