PRODUCTS OF DIVI POWER

Power plants using biomass fuel

Working principle

  • Using a cogeneration system to simultaneously supply heat and electricity to the production process.
  • A cogeneration system is a system that simultaneously supplies many different types of useful energy (usually in mechanical form  to generate heat and power).
  • This system converts energy from the fuel source (biomass fuel) to supply the boiler, then the steam generated in the boiler is used to run the turbine generator for producing electricity. The steam after leaving the generator turbine still has heat energy, which is used for  industrial operations (drying, cooking, heating, ...)

Advantages of using DIVI Group's Mini Thermoelectric Generator:

  • Using environmentally friendly fuels: Using fuels from agro-forestry activities  shall allow to utilize their by-products and reduce waste.
  • Create a distributed power generation source: Reduce   electricity loss due to transmission from the central source (according to EVN's report, the power loss is about 9-10%).

**Power loss on the transmission grid is the amount of power loss in the process of transmitting energy on the transmission grid system, it is proportional to the power output and the distance from the generation source to the loads. For the lowest power loss, the source and load must be balanced by each region.

  • Using fluidized bed boiler technology allows to create very high efficiency.

Suitable industries for Mini Thermoelectric Co-generation option:

- All production industries use steam with a minimum output of 10 tons of steam/hour.

- Waste treatment plants.

- Cement plants

- And a wide range of other industries (paper and pulp, fabrics, chemicals, fertilizers, sugar , ...)

Waste-to-energy plant

Benefits of waste-to-energy plant

  • Minimizing solid waste: Reducing up to 90% of municipal waste and extending the life of the landfill.
  • Improving land use efficiency: by reducing the amount of waste buried, the quality of the soil environment is improved and less land is required for burial (ash burial requires less space than that of waste burial).
  • Energy recovery and saving: recover 75% of the energy in waste as steam and recover 30% of energy from steam by converting it into electricity
  • Diverse waste treatment: It is possible to  treat many types of waste such as domestic waste, commercial waste, and non-hazardous industrial waste.
